I am a construction business owner and the client has fefused to pay me the 100k he owes. They are claiming that there bank is refusing to loan any more money.

Ok my friend is trying to get a divorce from his crazy wife, what we are wondering is what will happen to everything that they had together. Will the courts spilt it evenly or will they make him take care of it all because she has their child. Even if he is paying child support. Mostly what he is worried about is the bills that they made together and that she wont help take care of now. They are all in his name but were brought up when they were together. The other thing is she took there new car that is in both of there names and left with it to South Carolina. She didn’t continue to pay the bill for it so the bank took it back. Also she wrecked it several times. So what would you guess the court will decide since money is still owed on it??
