which would it be easier to get a credit card with i bank with all 3 and i have had bad credit in the past could anyone tell me the credit or in bank score you would need to get one! as i dont want to apply and get a computer says no

I currently have ING, and I am mroe than pleased with it. But the other three are currently offering higher rates. I hear some bad things about Emigrant, what I hear about HSBC is neutral, and I don’t know much about VB.

Has any one tried the others? What is your experience? ARe they all FDIC insured?

Can someone refer a proper travel agent for a one way ticket to India from Atlanta, GA to Ahmedabad, India. Air India shows 855$. Can I get a better deal? I need to leave within two weeks.

Also, which bank is best for transferring funds from a U.S. bank to Indian bank. I at present have a account with HSBC in U.S and they have a NRI branch, but opening it in U.S will take some 4-5 weeks? Wire transfer like Western Union Transfer seems expensive. Can someone please advise if there are other methods?

Everytime I try to logon to my account on lets just say hsbc or american express, it says it doesn’t connect (or whatever it says when its unable to get to the website). Why is this happening? My internet works for everything else except these things?

I have a deposit of over $12000 from HSBC that was supposedly sent to my bank from them on 1/30 at midnight it is STILL not posted in my account even though they are telling me 100% surely it was sent. I don’t understand what is going on. Where is my money? I am very upset. HSBC is H&R Block’s bank…is anyone else having problems with them this year? I will never do my business through them again if this is how they operate!
