that the house is now owned by the bank and wanted to do a walk-through on the spot. My 13 year old son was the only one here so he refused to let the guy in without me or his stepfather present. He asked my son if we knew about it and of course we have had no forewarning from the LL. He said that he would get in touch with the attorney and have him call me to let me know what is going on and get the walk-through done. When I got home and heard I immediately tried to call LL and no big surprise, got, “This number is temporarily unavailable”. Does anyone have experience with this sort of thing that can tell me what I can expect? I know that this means I will have to move, but is there a standard time that they have to allow me to find a new place, pack and leave? We have only lived here for 7 months and have been good with our rent but should I expect a hard time getting my security deposit back? I have never been in this situation before and I am a little freaked out by it…
