Does anyone know how to find my ex-husband’s bank accounts?

I am a divorced mother of four, who is currently not receiving child support from my ex-husband. He works for a Union and makes over $75,000 a year and is constantly changing jobs and not reporting the changes or self-paying his support. They could run a bank sweep and take money out of his account, but he is funneling everything through his girl friends account so they can’t trace him. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can find their account so I can collect the child support he owes? I have her name and address . I just want the support he should be paying towards his kids. He lives in Minnesota and is just enjoying playing the system, and apparently in MN he has to be 3 months behind in support before they will do anything to him. In 3 months my kids and I could be on the street because I can’t pay my bills. I know there are people worse off than me but he makes alot of money and they know where he is. Why can’t I get any help from the state of Minnesota?
