Hey everybody,
Can you buy custom macbooks at retail stores such as MicroCenter or Bestbuy? Say I want a 2GB Ram 160 GB HD MacBook with some preinstalled software. Could I buy it at a store or do I have to make a reservation and pick it up? Thanks!

I’m starting a business selling home accents, gifts, tea, and chinese herbs, and I need to find a wholesale provider that sells in bulk. I’m looking for stuff from the East, Middle East, mainly Japan, India, China, and Persia for a fun “zen-like” store. Good shipping prices would be nice as well. =]
And this is a store! Not eBay Stores, or anything like that.

I rebuilt my system and used a corporate CD to reinstall the OS, but now would like to apply my own key since the PC is a personal one. It appears the algorithm for checking keys on a volume licensed version of the OS is incompatible with retail keys. So the standard methods of changing keys, an example of which is at http://pages.prodigy.net/larzman/WinXP_Key_Code.htm do not work. Is there a way to do this without reinstalling the OS with the retail CD? I’ve already reinstalled too many apps to start with a fresh install again.
