If someone upcountry wants to send you money, how safe is it to give that person your account number to deposit money into it?
I’m only asking as the Nigerian scam scares me, I think it’s called the 412 scam where they ask you your account number to transfer millions into it and you supposedly pass on the money and keep a commission. In the end, they end up emptying your account. How can this happen?
Back to original question: Is it okay to give your account details for someone to deposit money into it?

so i’d like to know if you can cash in money orders at any bank or post office.

I recently sold a buyer who after 2 weeks with brand new never opened blackberry storm decided that he paid to much for it and wanted his money back, long story short he filed a claim, i refuse to give into this cause obviosly its not right. If i close my bank account thats linked to paypal will paypal still get that money?

This plan would help the borrowers and the Banks or Mortgage companies. It is pretty simple and the money it would save is incredible.
I figure this idea may help so many mortgage loan companies it will be used from now on. It will aslo help those who are about to lose their homes. How do I get this plan in the works, how does one sell such a great plan?
It can stop foreclosures and make both sides work.

I recently started an ebay account and I don’t have a bank account. I want to sell products, and I am not sure how the paypal system works. If people buy my things on ebay, and send me the money through paypal, where will the money end up and is there a way that I can still get the payment through paypal. Better yet, how does paypal function?

So lets say i receive 20 dollars. Will that money be added to my credit card or bank account or is it just on my paypal account to buy things online for example eBay? Then will it be used automatically on my next purchase or does it use my credit card?
