I have been receiving these statements showing FAIR MARKET VALUE of investments at these levels for over 12 years. Now I am being told that due to ???? the trust is only worth 1/2 of what they have been reporting to me on my trust statements.

The Trustee is a Large National Bank and has informed me that they are RESIGNING as Trustee.

Do I accept this explanation ? and is there any liability for sending me these incorrect statements for 12+yrs? and is it normal to Resign when the beneficiary begins to ask questions about their trust?

Okay so I have the following problem. I made a deposit yesterday to my bank Aug 3rd it is NATIONAL CITY.

Deposit: $816.00

Okay cool…so I call the bank automated line it says the following…

Current Balance: 816.00
Avaliable Balance: 0.00
Deposit of $816.00 to post on August 3rd

Then I call back…tonight (AUGUST 4th EST) and a check had went through but it said…

Current Balance: 784.18
Avaliable Balance: -31.82
Deposit of 816.00 to post August 3rd.

816.00 from 784.18 is 31.82, my question is WILL I BE CHARGED ANY OVERAGES FOR THIS?? ALSO CAN I USE MY DEBIT CARD ON THINGS RIGHT NOW WITHOUT BEING CHARGED BECAUSE IT SAID THE 816.00 to POST ON AUGUST 3RD IT IS NOW AUGUST 4.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW THANKS AND LET ME KNO IF U KNOW FOR SURE THANKS AGAIN!!!
The avaliable balance is already negative I deposited the check August 3rd, it said it will post on August 3rd on the automated machine, it did not go negative until AUGUST 4th. What happen? Its suppose to be in there isnt it the banks fault I assumed it would be posted by August 4th if its suppose to August 3rd!!??

I have a standard checking account at National City (a major banking chain). The account is in good standing and I would be clsoing it voluntarily. I know closing credit cards affects credit, but does closing a bank account?

It was a canadian lottery winning base in london and yet no one has called me @home directly from the lottery commissioner.The last respond was for me to give all the info detail reg.bank account so they could swifly make the bank transfer.or either i open a non resident account in london so they could transfer the winning $574,270.00 and i can access that account immediately.what is this.Is this ligit or what but when i called the number the number has been disconnected.pls let me know this is kind of scary.

What exactly was “The First National Bank” that I havent seen anymore for decades?

I am a British National now settled in USA on an H4. I understand that I cannot take up an employment on my visa status. However is it possible for me to do an online business(viral marketing , adsense, affiliate programming, ebay) and get paid through paypal/direct deposit into my British Bank account . Would this mean that I am then earning in UK and not USA, as the internet could be considered a global market.
I donot expect to make more than 1000 dollars per month and I would be giving taxes from my earnings to the Inland Revenue in UK.

I received a phone call from First National Collection Bureau regarding a debt from Sept. 1998. I don’t recall having an account with the bank they mentioned. They sent me a letter stating that if I don’t respond to them in writing then they would assume the debt is valid. I have no records, even credit report, that shows this debt. Should I worry about this?
