I am n a dilemma. I went 2 an interview 4 a job as a credit analyst with 1st commercial bank Sept 17th. I was told I should find out n 2 weeks if I have the job. Its been 9 days. I have been offered a job already 4 Sherwin Williams for $36,000 as assistant manager. I have not taken the SW Job yet, because I wanted 2 wait a few more days to see if got a job with the bank. However I have been offered an interview with Ameriprise Financial on Monday Oct 1st. If I get offered the job by Friday at the lastest with the bank I will go on ahead and take the bank job. If not I will go on ahead and go to the interview with AF and pressure them into getting a job because there is another offer. Lets assume that I don’t get the job with the bank, if AF offered me a job, would it better to go with them or with SW? I have MBA in Finance from Univ of Illinois. If I get an interview with AF but am not hired on the spot how many days should I wait?

With all the problems with the financial institutions can it affect annuities? More specifically if the annuity is issued through an insurance company?

We have a large amount of credit card debt and are considering debt negotiation through Freedom Financial. They say that we can pay off our debt in three years time and that while our credit rating will initially be affected, by the time the debt is paid, the negative rating will be mitigated. Has anyone used this service (or a similar one)?

I hear a lot of complaints that the Bush administration and their war on terrorism caused this financial mess. The next time we are attacked by terrorists should we just give it up and not fight at all?
OK, I’ll put it this way. If the USA stays out of the business of other nations and we still get attacked by terrorists from other countries, should we just attack the country where the terrorists originated, or just turn the other cheek to save some bucks?

What is the current financial/economic crisis about? How did it start? What happened with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Lehmann Brothers, Merrill Lynch, and AIG? Why is it such an emergency to “fix” it? How will the government bailout help, and why is the bailout so controversial? Whose fault is all this? Are we really on the brink of financial collapse, and if so, what does that actually mean? I’m not an unintelligent person, I just do not understand economics, and if anyone could explain it simply, I would so appreciate it!

I have been supporting my fiance while he goes to school for two years. Previously he went to a community college and now he goes to a university.( more expensive). If I claim him on my taxes, then he will have to use my figures to apply for financial aid, correct? Is it better not to claim him so he can be independent. He has no income and goes full time. Will it reduce his chances of getting financial aid?

Is it possible for one to prevent a private detective from accessing his/her personal/financial info?

What techniques would a private detective use to gain access to the info?

What techniques can a private detective use with the person’s socail security number to gain access to the info?

If the person is enrolled in an indentity protection program, will the identity protection program stop the private detective?

Also list the possible points of access for the private detective, and ways to prevent access.
