my bank has been threatening me with this.

2 years ago I lost my job and then shortly after became disabled. Untill then I was paying all of my credit cards and bills on time. After that I could only pay my survival needs. I would love to find a way to pay my debt but haven’t found the way to pay the credit cards. I have herd that that kind of debt can’t be attached to my home, is this true?

credit score? i decided to close this piece of shiit. they are terrible with their service and their fkin fees. i wana close tht piece of junk for good nd never have to hear from them again. closing the acc with a full payment will cause no harm? or will it? plese help thanks.

I have 2 Yahoo HOSTING accounts …2 domains, 2 websites
I changed one, but cannot delete 2nd hosted account.
Never a problem with existing bank’s credit card which covered BOTH
hosting accounts, until now when I needed to REPLACE credit card number due to vendor billings which needed to be cancelled and bank
advised only way was to be issued a NEW CARD.

I suspect some individual may have opened a bank account, obtained a credit card, a debit card and a credit line using my Federal Tax Identification Number (EIN). How do I find these accounts. Experian, Equifax and TransUnion say that they do not capture this information from businesses that have an EIN.

Ok I have a Bank Of America credit card and I had a bunch of fraud charges that incurred on it. I did all the paperwork through the bank but, my balance is still wrong and there still making me pay for the card.
I incurred the fee’s that went along with it. Late fee’s and over the balance fee’s. I haven’t paid on the card since I know that total is wrong and The bank can’t seem to make my balance right again. This has been going on since about June of 2007.
Is there anything I can do about the card since I know
I shouldn’t have been charged for all those over the limit fee’s and late fee’s. Talking to the bank doesn’t help.
Please help I’m beyond frustrated about that.

Does anyone know what the average debt, on credit cards are per family? Do you think that the interest rates are too inflated, making it harder to pay them off?

Im 20 years old and got in to debt 2 years ago, i went to Africa for 1 and half years as a missionary and when i returned they told me if i dont pay at least $500 by monday they are taking me to the law. Im scared now and dont want to go to jail, is what this guy is saying true?
