When a website says “Must Obey National and International Banking Laws” what does that mean?

I was looking into working from home and a website mentioned that you must obey National and International banking laws - well what does that mean? Who wouldn’t obey those laws and why?

I’ve been living abroad for 7+ years, dutifully filing my US taxes each year, and am now repatriating back to the US. I want to transfer all my money to a US account (more than $20K). Would this trigger an audit?
I heard that any transactions made for $10,000.01 or more automatically triggers an audit from the IRS? Is this true?
The last thing I want/need while moving back home is to deal with the IRS!

I recently moved to a neighboring county and closed my checking account because there where not any local branches where I moved, then this week I attemped to open a checking account at a new bank and was denied because I somehow am showing a record with Chexsystems. When I inquired with Chexsystems I found I had a negative report with a bank I have never heard of, not sure how to correct this or if there is a way around Chexsystems

Why do banks push online banking?

Wells Fargo (my bank) has been pushing me to use online banking a lot. Like paying bills online, checking my balances online, transferring, etc. Essentially they’re trying to discourage me from writing paper checks.
It must benefit them somehow if we bank online. Can someone explain what the benefit is?

I was wondering if there’s any other school(s) better than UPenn for those seeking an undergraduate degree in Finance or closely related field.
According to the US News rankings, Penn tops them all, but what I’m trying to find out is if there’s another ranking source that puts a different school ahead of Penn for undergraduate studies in Finance field.

why does it take a whole week for my online banking bill pay to go through?

i finally set up online banking.through my bank. and so i added my landlord so i can pay him. but it says he wont receive it until nov 8. why does it take so long??? regular mail will only take 2-3 days
