can i use paypal if i only add a credit card and not a bank account?

i have set up an account on ebay and pay pal. i have added a credit card on pay pal but it says that my balance is 0. i was wondering if i can buy things on ebay without adding all my bank details and only the credit card

Bank debit card (visa)?

I have a bank card (ATM) visa debit linked to both checking and savings but no money in it (I am negative). If I take out 500.00 will it be accapted or not? Also does it matter if it is my banks ATM or can I do it anywere? How will any ATM machine even know how much is in my checking or savings?

bank card help?

hi i recently just got back from vegas and before we left i got gas at an arco am pm and payed with my debit card now i checked online and they charged me 75.00 dollar purchase and i wasted 20.16 i have my reciept ? i tried to call bank of america and they are closed for holiday theres is no number what so ever except a 24 hour lost card can anyone help me ?

Can I dispute a charge with my bank if I used a Mastercard debit card?

I know I could dispute the charge if it was a regular Mastercard, but since it is tied into my bank account (because it’s a debit card), do I have the same options and rights? I ordered wedding products from a site that turned out to be a scam.
