I bought a ACURA mdx for 17999 and a 2000 dollar warranty. they aren’t able to find a bank to finance it. I realized I didn’t get a good deal and I want to return the car but they want me to resign and I haven’t agreed to it. What are my rights and how long do they have to find a bank. I read the contract and It doesn’t specify how long they have. Is it possible for the dealership to finance it without a bank. The car is not worth the price 2003 ACURA Mdx is kelly blue booked at 15k to 16k. I should have done research before. Unfortunately I didn’t Please help.

I’ve had the car for about a week and I have yet to get any notice from the dealer about the bank that will finance the car. If i don’t get a bank will I have to give the car back and will I get back the 2500 I put down on the vehicle. Also I have installed an alarm will I get the money back from that also from the dealer?

The agency is called gc services and they said they are willing to get rid of my finance charges and late fees if i pay half of the debt i owe. I originally owed them $3000 but they said if i pay 800 now and pay them back the rest within three months that it will clear up the debt owed to citi bank. This is my first time doing something like this so i accepted the deal and i have until two days to pay them the 800 but i got a statement today saying that i will be making the payment for eight hundred and they still have my original balance i owe them the 3000 and no mention of the deal we made on the phone so i got scared and went and took all my money out of the account. Are they trying to screw me?

I have a home that I want to sale but I owe more than it is currently worth with the market being so bad. I also have a home that I just bought. My 1st home have a 1st and 2nd mortgage. They are with different people. My 2nd mortgage on the 1st home is with the bank that is financing my 2nd home. If I go into forecloser with the 1st home can my bank cancel or take back the loan for the 2nd home? I know that I can do a shortsale, but even then- can they stop financing my 2nd home? Please someone help me?

Now I’m currently taking up a Pre-u course in a private university. I’m in a Science stream and I realize I’m getting worse in science subjects due to their difficulties. Should I continue my applied course (Chemical Engineering) in degree or switch to business course (Banking and Finance). Which course gives me higher job opportunity in the future and which course is slightly easier?

I’m here trolling these forums because I have seen WAY too many small business owners BEGGING for money. I work for a fairly new (9 years old) company. We are a credit card factoring company. We were the first, and we are the best, and largest. We funded more than $500,000,000 directly to small-medium sized businesses last year.
These are the problems I’ve seen small business owners face in their search for finance.
Government grant- We’ve all heard of these.. Has anyone ever seen one? Didn’t think so. Heres what I hear all the time-
“They said my business was too small”. I’m thinking you have to be in with the oil crowd to receive government money.

Small business loans-
I worked in the banking industry for 5 years. About 4 years too long. All I saw was headaches as far as small business loans. There are only a few banks out there. Out of those few some of them think that small business loans should start at a million dollars. They also think you should have liquid assets. ? IF
