this person is steady lying to me saying his FEMA check hasn’t came yet…I know they offer direct deposit…I have his ssn, dob, and address..but not bank info…is there any kind of way I can find out if he in fact did receive it yet?

I am a divorced mother of four, who is currently not receiving child support from my ex-husband. He works for a Union and makes over $75,000 a year and is constantly changing jobs and not reporting the changes or self-paying his support. They could run a bank sweep and take money out of his account, but he is funneling everything through his girl friends account so they can’t trace him. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can find their account so I can collect the child support he owes? I have her name and address . I just want the support he should be paying towards his kids. He lives in Minnesota and is just enjoying playing the system, and apparently in MN he has to be 3 months behind in support before they will do anything to him. In 3 months my kids and I could be on the street because I can’t pay my bills. I know there are people worse off than me but he makes alot of money and they know where he is. Why can’t I get any help from the state of Minnesota?

My friend stayed in US for a long while before and has SSN but now
lives in the different country.

Now he needs US bank account to do some business,
because company that he wants to do business with
can only pay through wire transfers to US bank account.
He can use my US address for statements, but most banks
need a valid US-issued drivers license, etc. to open an account.

Are there any US banks/financial institutions that would open
an account without him physically being here (over the internet)?

I know federal law, but what else? Couldn’t you just donate using a different bank account, or a different name, or a different address? What’s stopping someone wealthy from donating multiple times to a candidate they like other than their conscience?

I had gotten a car loan back in 05 and lost my job in dec 05. Since then i had not paid my monthly payments because I didnt live near the bank, didnt recieve statements, and financially was struggling. SO everything made it harder for me to pay. Now the bank has charged off my car but i still have it. the bank doesnt have my address and i am scared to give it to them because i use the car everyday to get to work. Am i able to sell it but have them pay the bank instead of me? Or would they allow me to make my monthly payments on it and still keep it? I know if i turned it in the would sell it at an auction but my loan is for 23000 and i know the car is only worth like 15000. what is the best way to clear it from my credit or at least get it paid off with out making me broke?
