Domestic Violence Charge and H1B New Job?

I am charged with Domestic Violence Charge initially since I am out of USA I plead guilty then I got attorney and court allow me to withdraw guilty plea.Now I lost my job and looking for new job in Financial Institution Does it will affect to get new Job if they run back ground check? What I need to do in this case?

    Of course it will. There are zillions of people who have been laid off in the financial sector. They are all competing with you and most are American citizens without a domestic violence charge hanging over their heads.

    If your case is pending, they will see that. They will not see that you plead guilty. However, H1B visas are GONE for the year, a new employer I don’t believe could sponsor you.
